On Wednesday afternoon, seven Year 9 and two Year 12 students of French from the King John School visited Class 7 accompanied by Head of French, Madame Carter. The students helped with our French café: they practised a café conversation with the children and acted as café staff before being served by Class 7 children - all in French, of course! The Year 12 students who are studying A level French spoke a little about their journey as linguists. It was an enriching and inspiring afternoon.
